Ghosting For Celebrities

They are the most high-profile people a ghostwriter can work with – as well as some of the most varied personalities. From the self-made millionaire with the desire to write but no knowledge of the craft and unreasonable expectations, to the former movie star looking to chronicle their rise and fall within the public eye, celebrities all have stories. And ghostwriters get to be the ones to tell them.

Dan Gerstein, a nationally recognized political writer with extensive experience advising high-level public figures and mounting persuasive arguments on issues of public concern. Serving as the communications director for Senator Joe Lieberman of Connecticut for five years, Gerstein acted as everything from spokesman to speechwriter and senior policy advisor.

Libby Harkness is a premier Australian journalist, editor, and writer. Her ghostwriting, work as a biographer, and time as an editor has covered a variety of projects from life experiences, building successful businesses, surviving life-threatening illnesses, to family sagas – some with disturbing themes.

And Sally Collings, a former non-fiction publisher for HarperCollins and editorial director for Amber Books, she began writing books herself in 2006. Now working as a ghostwriter, co-writer, and developmental editor, she has produced award-winning books and bestsellers for the world’s leading publishing houses.
